Ethan Elkins of Ethan’s Service Plumbing has served Alameda and surrounding communities for more than 20 years. Pride in service and a genuine charismatic love of interacting with people are what Ethan offers. His training and experience as a plumbing contractor is why you will call upon him the first time; his ethics, time-management skills and fun-loving wit is why you will trust to call again.
From a very young age, Ethan went to work with his dad, a HVAC and plumbing-service man, performing various tasks in the trades and learned a lot about how to treat customers. After several years of education and experience in the Navy,
at school in San Diego and at the Military Police Academy, Ethan returned to the Bay Area and started in a position at
a small plumbing company in Alameda. For the next 11 years he worked as a plumbing service technician where he learned to love working on the old houses in Alameda and with the wonderful people who live here.
Opportunity knocked for him to start his own business,
and he jumped at it. After 2 1/2 years, his business has grown, and he has added another truck and Martin Pond, another excellent plumber, to handle more of Alameda and surrounding communities’ plumbing needs.
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
Our goal is to provide the best service possible for your money and to be your plumber. We specialize in quick service calls that are usually handled in less than two hours. Word of mouth is the best advertising, and I count on it and truly appreciate it. I adapted the following slogan from a friend as we share the same principles in life: “We provide and install happiness.” We believe that as long as you are happy, we will continue to be busy. During these tough times, that is a blessing.
