Firm founder Lance Russum attended undergraduate school at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash., and in 1966, earned his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the
Law in San Francisco. He was admitted to the State Bar
of California in 1966.
Lance is an experienced lawyer whose practice areas include probate, family law and litigation. He has been serving Alameda since 1966 in the areas of real property (sales, lease and litigation); claims, business planning and formations, fraud and misrepresentation claims; estate planning, wills, trusts, conservatorships, probate and elder law (including death transfers, taxes, administration, Med-Cal planning, elder abuse and litigation); and family law (including adoption, paternity, premarital agreements, property settlements and separation agreements). He also provides arbitrations and mediation services.
Lance has previously lectured on estate/probate/litigation and tax issues to attorneys for the state bar’s educational program and to the public.
Associate Attorney Diana Redding attended undergraduate at University of San Francisco and received her M.B.A, J.D. and L.L.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She was admitted to the state bar in 2004.
She practices law in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust and probate litigation, family law and taxation. Diana Redding understands the family dynamics related to the many aspects of estate planning, probate and trust and probate litigation and offers practical advice to assist her clients.
She is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service providing services to the community.
